Going through someone’s accounts without them there to give an explanation is a total waste of time and all conclusions you come to are invalid as the person hasn’t given their reply, as annoying as it may be, that he won’t reply, he won’t so all you are left with is unconfirmed speculation, It is as it is.

He provides a great service of spending his time, listening to the JW propaganda, and debunking it in a straightforward common sense way, if people choose to give him money, that’s up to them, how he spends it it’s up to him, I’ve watched a few of his videos that I have chosen to not financially contribute, picking through his accounts like this just shouts out jealousy because he has been successful in his activism, I completely accept you won’t agree with me But I still haven’t seen anyone who gets within 1,000,000 miles of his ability to talk to newly exiting ex jws

Kim, thanks for your reply, I certainly do respect your opinion, I’m a massive fan off multiple content creators to speak to a wide variety of people, I just haven’t seen anyone else with the ability to speak to newly woken up JW in the same way as Lloyd has done over the years, hopefully that will change in the near future, in no way did Lloyd Evans wake me up whatsoever, the Bible managed to do that all by itself!
1972 i i’m not a fan of his, I’ve never supported his channel in anyway whatsoever, I do see value in the back catalogue of his work, I haven’t seen anyone else even get close, although hopefully they will soon. I do find it. Incredibly disappointing when XJW have a go at each other, I’m sure he is the worse culprit for this, if you have any questions for him I think he gives a phone number

Okay I'm just going to blurt this out because I am now sick of Lloyd apologists. You go and defend this vile creature, you go defend a person who used trafficked girls, you go defend an abusive stalker. You go and defend this creature. But I have one thing to say to you. YOU ARE COMPLICIT. We have heard this argument far too many times now and all the while he has got away with EVERYTHING.
Not sure if that was aimed at my comment, but maybe you should reread what I wrote, I’m not defending him I don’t agree with his personal life, but I’m not blind to the good he has done through the content of his channel however I feel about his personal life
leaving is a very personal journey, and some of the comments on here seem to tar left everyone with the same brush, what is good and useful for one is not necessarily good, until someone puts together a channel as useful as Lloyd Evans channel his will remain one of the best places to go for people who are in the process of waking up

I think this website has by far the most important back catalogue of picking apart JW teachings and the Bible with Conversations of many very intelligent people For example, Leoleia, but there are many others as well.
when I left JW land around six years ago, I spent tens of hours reading through the back catalogue of the different conversations on this forum, but I also watched many of the Lloyd Evans videos, it was the most distressing period of my life by such a long way I no longer wanted to be alive, however, I have three young children so I had to power through these feelings and come to my own conclusions that I was right to leave and help my children escape while leaving behind all my friends and the rest of my family

Lloyd Evans, personal life seems to be a total shambolic joke, but that doesn’t take away the value of his website and videos to people who have newly left JW, it is invaluable, and although some of his videos can be quite long, it is exactly what people who are beginning to wake up, need to give them the confidence to leave.
I’m only saying this because I think it would be such a shame if someone came across this website in the emotional distress situation they would find themselves whilst newly waking up and start reading through 800 pages of negativity on Lloyd Evans, however, deserved an accurate it is,
I don’t see anywhere else that has the back catalogue of videos as helpful as his to a newly woken up person.
I don’t see a website with a catalogue as good as this website for a person who needs something a bit deeper.
I suppose I’m just saying, I think it would be a shame for someone on the emotional edge to miss out on such available information, please don’t think I’m trying to have a go at anyone about anything, everyone is entitled to their opinion, this is mine, so I thought I would share it, hope that’s okay

JW Net and Politics
by snare&racket inthis site was and remains instrumental in assisting people that want to leave the jw's.. there has been political discussion here for some time now, a good couple of years and it makes me feel a little uneasy.
i just opened up the site for the first time in some weeks, of the 10 posts being discussed, 4 were by the same poster, about politics, promoting their right wing beliefs.. this has been the trend for some time now, the same name behind a peppering of posts stirring the right v left of politics.. i remain forever grateful to the site and it's founders simon & angharad, i appreciate that simon shares some of these these political beliefs.
it would be a shame to see the site evolve from a place for jw freedom of thought and escape, to political squabbling, that the world is frankly tired of right now.. just to clarify, politics is my hobby, whilst my friends read the football scores, i'm reading polling data.

Absolutely agree, the older discussions on this website are easily the most valuable and informative intellectual discussions about jw beliefs anywhere on the internet, the trouble is that those leaving jw may miss out on the invaluable info because the newer posts are off subject, especially when on politics which may well be a trigger, the value of this site as an aid for properly waking up is huge and that should be the main topic for conversation

New Light on Sheep and Goats?
by notsurewheretogo inlloyd evans has just tweeted a video he will be releasing soon on the "change" to the meaning of the sheep and goats and when that is to occur.. i've missed any discussion on that on here or anywhere?
it seems it was part of the 2020 annual meeting the gb had?.
any info on this?.

Lloyd’s videos are primarily aimed at those that are leaving or newly left, not to help those who have been out for years, the devil is in the detail, he does a fantastic job in this regard
